From April 9th to April 29th, in order to improve staff's skills in using office software, increase individual working efficiency and improve working quality, the HR Department and the IT Information Department jointly organized one-month training for improving the IT skills. The training had four stages, instructing respectively the usage of the four major office software, i.e. outlook, PowerPoint, word and excel. Total 130 persons took part in the four stages with an average satisfaction degree of 96.5%. All of the participants had said that their working efficiency and working quality were significantly improved after the training.
